USPS Truck Catches Fire in Jonesboro, No Injuries Reported

Jonesboro, AR – Jonesboro Right Now – A U.S. Postal Service delivery truck caught fire Tuesday morning in Jonesboro.

The incident occurred around 8:30 a.m. at East Highland Drive and Kathleen Street. The fire has since been put out.

Jonesboro Fire Chief Marty Hamrick said no injuries were reported, adding that Engine 3 has already checked back into service, and the road has been cleared.

The cause of the fire is not yet known.
