Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Aug. 29, 2025 – The 2025 Northeast Arkansas District Fair is scheduled for later in September, which will feature nine days of rides, food and live entertainment.

“We are looking forward to bringing this back to the community and hope everybody will come out and see us,” NEA District Fair manager Mitch Johnson said.

The fair features carnival rides, food, games, agricultural competitions, animals, entertainment, and vendor booths.

It is scheduled to take place from Sept. 18-27 at the NEA District Fairgrounds at the Nettleton Baptist Church, located at 7001 Johnson Ave.

Armbands are $30 and will be sold daily. Armbands allow attendees to ride most attractions for free, however, single ride tickets will be available. Gate admissions will still apply. Gate admission will be $6 for adults, $3 for children under 12, and free for children three and under. Exceptions are noted on the schedule below.

The fair also offers competitions in several different categories, including Animals Competitions, Family Living, Field Crops and Horticulture, Floraculture, and the Youth Judging Contests. For more information about contests, click here.

Johnson noted that a complete music line-up for the week of Sept. 22-27 is coming soon, as details are being finalized. When that is complete, he said, the lineup will be added to the fair’s website.

“We’re blessed to be coming back and looking forward to having another great year,” Johnson said.
